As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Petrizzo Group, T.J. T.J. has led complex public affairs, strategic communications, government relations, and philanthropic initiatives across the public and private sectors. His work frequently places him at the center of transformative policy debates and high-stakes engagement strategies involving Congress, federal agencies, the White House, national media, and key opinion leaders.

Over the course of his career, T.J. has been named a Top Lobbyist by The Hill on multiple occasions and recognized by the American League of Lobbyists for his leadership and effectiveness—honors that reflect both results and the trust he has earned across the political spectrum.

T.J.’s expertise spans healthcare, life sciences, taxation, telecommunications, and technology policies. Before founding The Petrizzo Group, T.J. served as a Chief of Staff in the House Republican Leadership. In that capacity, he managed senior legislative operations, participated in House leadership deliberations, and helped shape legislative, communications, and political strategy at the highest levels of Congress and our government.
